Today, I registered for my very first Half Marathon! 3 weeks to go!!!

I just went running, in SHORTS!I had some tension to relieve, and did I ever! I ran a personal best 5Km, of 31:20 (previous PB of 32:00)!!! It was definielty not a negative split, as I pushed myself hard going out, but it was just what i needed! WoooooHoooo!

Tonight I’m actually hoping for a dreamless sleep. I want to wake up feeling completely refreshed and alive! (If only I could rmember the last refreshing night’s sleep I’ve had!)
