I haven’t much to say here today. It was a quiet day. I had a fun at friends’ for BBQ and drinks last night. Today everyone laid low at home. I did a lot of laundry, everyone napped in the afternoon, while I did some more laundry and had some quiet time.

Thanks to Scotty for a great run! After running 18km in 2:09:45, I’m feeling ready to attempt the Half Marathon! It’s a great route, will certainly be an enjoyable event.
