Light run in the rain…

I went out at lunch for a ‘jog’, planned to run 30-35 mins., cut it short at 25. I was getting much more wet than I’d hoped, and of course after I turned back the rain started coming down harder. No showers or hairdryers at work! (oops!) I don’t feel like I got my heart rate up much, but my legs felt like lead! Has it really only been four days since the race?
