So I ran again today at noon. can’t tomorrow. friday is rest day, travel day, team meeting and Ceilidh… then the race!!! I ran a little further than intended today, I just had a lot on my mind and was running it all out! It felt great and was nice cool breezy weather.

Got to meet some friends for the first time, that I felt like I knew so well already, spent some time with some people that mean a lot to me… Did some research… and even had one night of sleep that was a full 8 hours!!! Next weekend… Cabot Trail baby!!!! 🙂
